Chinese Association of Victoria Open Day

Written By: Tuen - Sep• 23•07

Our neighbours, George and Yun, have been living in Australia for more than 20 years.  They are a very nice couple, and have been very ‘neighbourly’ towards us.  Recently, they invited us to attend the Chinese Association of Victoria’s Open Day.  The open day was today, and since it was nearby, we decided to attend.

It was pretty interesting, with food and other knick knacks being sold.  We bought some ‘kuehs’ from George, who was manning a food stall, and I also managed to buy some vege seeds which were on cheap sale.  Baby has been having a cold and running nose, and was a little cranky.  He didn’t really enjoy the play equipment, and when another boy joined him, he really wanted out!
